Why an account is needed

An account protects the memorials you create and connects your tribute actions, messages, albums, and management permissions. It is similar to having the key to a family archive. Without an account, the platform cannot safely know who should edit a memorial or manage private content.

How to register

Open Cloud Memorials, choose the sign in or registration entry, and follow the verification steps shown on the page. Use an email or phone number you can still access. Keep the verification code private and complete the process in the same browser or app session.

After you sign in

Check your profile name and avatar, then begin creating or joining memorial halls. If you manage memorials for older relatives, write down which contact method was used so the family can recover access later if needed.

Begin gentlyKeep remembrance in a place your family can return to.

A memorial can start small and become richer as relatives add photos, stories, and messages.
