Start with file basics
Upload problems are often caused by file size, format, unstable network, or a browser session that has expired. Check whether the image or audio file uses a common format and whether the file is too large for upload.
Try a cleaner version
If an old image was sent through many chats, it may be compressed or damaged. Save a fresh copy, rename the file in plain letters or numbers, and try again. For audio, keep the file short enough to upload reliably.
Protect the memory while troubleshooting
Do not delete the original file while testing. Keep a backup on your device or cloud storage. Technical issues can be solved, but the original family material should stay safe.
