Confirm the account before paying
Before payment, make sure the correct Cloud Memorials account is signed in and the correct memorial or service is selected. Many payment questions come from paying under a different account than expected.
Check status after payment
After payment, return to the order or account page and confirm that the service, credits, or membership has appeared. Keep the receipt until the family confirms everything is correct.
