Start with the order status
If money was charged but the benefit does not appear, first check whether the order is marked paid, pending, failed, or processing. Payment systems sometimes need a short time to report the final result.
Do not pay repeatedly too quickly
Repeated payments can create duplicate orders. Refresh the page, sign out and back in if needed, and verify the account. If the payment still does not appear, prepare the order number and contact support.
Prepare useful information for support
Support can help faster when you provide account, order number, payment time, amount, payment method, and a screenshot of the receipt. Do not send full card details or private passwords.
