Mobile Memorial Comment Management Guide

Learn how a memorial keeper can open the mobile comment manager and review or remove memorial messages.

1. Open the comment manager

   In the mobile operation center, open Messages or Comment Management for the memorial hall.

   

2. Review comments

   Review visitor messages and delete inappropriate comments when necessary.
